Tamara Drake
Resource Development Director
Tamara began working at Baker Youth Club (BYC) in 2011 as Program Director and held the position until 2019. She then began working in the corporate world and realized quickly her heart was meant for serving our community in the non-for-profit sector.
Tamara returned to BYC in March of 2024 as Resource Development Director. As development director, Tamara focuses on donor relations, fundraising, and programing, staff and board development. Tamara has two sons, Andrew and Evan, both pursuing their education at Ball State University. When not working, Tamara enjoys spending time on the lake with friends and family.
